To help you grow your business
As a business owner, whether your company is big or small, you know that work has an ebb and flow. Your marketing and communication needs will vary depending on your stage of business or even the time of year. Often people feel that they do not have enough work to warrant a full time or even part-time position, particularly if their communication needs are not regular.
This is a great reason to work with a freelancer!

Crafting Experiences
Cost-effectiveness
I can accomplish the job and get paid, only when you need me. You don’t have to worry about the additional expenses like medical benefits and insurance, as well as unproductive down time.
Access to top-tier talent
I am a highly specialized professional with extensive industry experience across a wide range of clients and sectors.
Better quality work
I can hit the ground running, you don’t need to go through the typical training and adjustment periods that are present with normal employees. On top of this, I have more incentive to perform well because I thrive on repeat clients and referrals.
Connections
You don’t need to hire an entire marketing agency or PR firm to reach a market you want to tap. You’d be surprised at what my network can do for you at a fraction of the cost – the freelance life is built on connections!

Rates and Pricing
I have a three-tier structure for my rates:
Once-off pieces
For example writing a sales deck or a piece for a blog – these are usually charged at an hourly rate.
Projects
For a larger scale project work I prefer to provide a value-based quote, meaning you are paying for the value of the finished product rather than the time spent producing it.
Retainer
If your company has regular communications needs then it is more cost effective to work together with a retainer. This reserves a set amount of my time for a set rate, it also gives me the opportunity to grow the relationship and do better, more effective work over time.
